Urban Story Ventures manages several hundreds of millions in assets — including office and medical buildings, retail, and industrial — and almost 3 million combined square feet of space. We carefully execute projects ranging from value-add redevelopment to speculative holds, always focusing on the who and why behind everything we do.
That’s why we handle leasing and property management in-house, ensuring consistent and high-quality service, and why we enlist top local talent and make space for big, bold ideas. We regularly collaborate with industry partners, joint venture investors, community organizations, and government entities, and our team has worked on a variety of adaptive reuse projects involving public-private partnerships, government incentives (such as TIFs, PILOTs, and opportunity zones), environmental issues, and Brownfields.
